SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Wagwago Retail Business typically ships goods via Australia Post. All domestic orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Each order placed through our website and accepted by us forms a separate binding agreement between you and Wagwago Retail Business for the delivery of the ordered products. We will fulfill each accepted order in accordance with these Shipping & Returns terms.
Returns Policy
We will replace any product delivered to you that is found to be faulty. To return a faulty product, you must notify us by email at info@wagwago.com.au within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
If a replacement or exchange is not possible at the time of return, Wagwago Retail Business will refund the amount initially charged to your credit card, excluding any delivery fees.
Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and all transactions are processed in AUD.
